 Ok, well maybe just a bag actually...

 ...but it is super cute...

...a BIG thank you to my boy for being man enough to model it for me

 ...even though rainbow crochet bags really aren't his thing!

 Promise I'll borrow a girlyniece next time!

The design still needs a little bit of tweaking but I'll be making these to sell very soon, in this size and bigger, and possibly some mini ones too...

...and with some further tweaking, perhaps a hat!...

Pain, Pain, Go Away!

What was a niggling naggingness of a pain before and while we were away on holiday has unfortunately morphed into a full on flare up of costochondritis this week, which, until either the pain becomes more manageable, or I find a more effective way of managing the pain, means that coming back refreshed and ready to tackle the world and other things hasn't really happened and I'm pretty much out of action for most things :-/

Not impressed! 

But clouds and silver linings and all that, sitting around and being confined to the sofa and unable to move very much for much of the day does at least lend itself quite well to a spot of crochet or fifty ;-)

So, I have caught up on my Leap Year Blanket project...

May's squares...

June's squares...

..and I now have a whole half of a blanket!!!...

...and started working on something new...

Work(s) in Progress Wednesday...

...tell me I'm not the only one who has a hundred half started things on the go at a time?....please! ;-)

This is just some of them...

 new t-shirt design - they still need the background painting in but I can't decide whether to go with the same colours or something completely different so they're just hanging around at the moment waiting for me to be more decisive (they may wait a while!)...

...two red spider puppets which need sewing...

 ...puppet plans waiting to become puppets...

 ...hexagons for a hexagon blanket...

 ...flowers and bells to decorate my t-shirt rail at markets...

 ...my Leap Year Blanket (obviously a long term WIP but I am a few blocks behind with it)...

 ...square that will be a cushion cover when it's grown some more, but I've run out of the cream...

 ...Chi's slipper socks which I lost the pattern for so had to stop mid heel because I couldn't remember the next bit! - found it again now though :)...

I am going to attempt to get some of them finished, or at least further along, today...
